LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil shale exploration and development company TomCo Energy PLC Monday said it has submitted a Ground Water Discharge Permit application to the Utah Division of Water Quality, another step in its efforts to get all the permits required to start commercial shale oil production.
Last month, the firm submitted a Notice of Intention to Commence Large Mining Operations to the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining.
The stock was trading at 1.44 pence Monday morning, up 0.02 pence or 1.1%.
